This image is a composition of an image of the redback spider's legs, with the body of a human painted with black latex bodypaint and red standard body paint. The head of the spider was created by painting the encapsulated silicone prosthetic from the pirate spider look black, before placing on the back of this (same) model's, bald capped head.

This spider represents Mr Jacquel/death in my American Gods series.
